SAPS #WomensNetwork and #Men4Change to contribute #67Minutes building a home for orphans
As part of turning South Africa into a conducive environment in support of a better life for all, the South African Police Service (SAPS)’s Women’s Network and Men for Change will hand over a renovated home to Khaya orphans in Soshanguve at 10:00 on Friday, 20 July 2018.
The handing over is a result of the contributions members made at the pre-Mandela Day fundraising event that was held on 22 June 2018 at the SAPS Atteridgeville Academy.
This year marks the centenary (100 years) of Nelson Mandela under the theme ‘Be the legacy’.
This day is globally set to celebrate the world icon’s birthday by acting on the idea that each person has the power to change the world
As we continue to take our communities on a journey to a safer South Africa, it is in our hands to display patriotism and selfless service to those who need a helping hand. #MandelaDay #SAPSGivingBack
