1. Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected over the Central and Little Karoo of the Western Cape.

1. Gale force westerly to north-westerly winds (65-75km/h) are expected along the coast between Cape Columbine and Cape Agulhas on Monday early morning spreading eastwards to Plettenberg Bay by late morning and Port Alfred by Monday afternoon.
2. Heavy rain leading to localized flooding is expected in places in the
Cape Metropole of the Western Cape on Monday.
3. High seas with wave heights in excess of 6.0m are expected between Cape Columbine and Plettenberg Bay on Monday spreading to East London on Monday afternoon.

1. Snowfall is expected on the mountains of the Western Cape and south-western high ground of the Northern Cape from Monday afternoon, spreading to the
Eastern Cape mountains on Monday night into Tuesday morning and the south-western high ground of KwaZulu-Natal on Tuesday afternoon.
2. Strong north-westerly to westerly winds (50-62km/h) are expected
over the interior of the Western Cape and southern interior of the Northern Cape on Monday.

The wind along the coast will be fresh southerly along the west coast but moderate to fresh in the south ad south-west becoming strong in the south-west from late afternoon.
