1. Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected over the interior of the Northern Cape, the Western Cape except the south-western parts, and the northern, central and western interior of the Eastern Cape.

2. Gale force (65 to 75km/h) north-westerly winds are expected along the coastal regions between Cape Point and Cape Agulhas in the Western Cape, as well as in the Karoo Hoogland of the Northern Cape, Breede River Valley, Central and Little Karoo of the Western Cape.

1. Strong and gusty north-westerly winds (50-60km/h) are expected in
places over the interior of Western Cape and Northern Cape provinces
as well as the western interior of the Eastern Cape.

Partly cloudy in the south in the morning with fog patches in the
south-eastern parts at first, otherwise fine and cool.

2. MPUMALANGA:

Cloudy in the east with drizzle in the morning and fog in places on
the southern Highveld and along the eastern escarpment, otherwise partly cloudy and cool but cold in places along the escarpment and eastern Highveld.

3. LIMPOPO:

Cloudy in the east with morning drizzle, otherwise partly cloudy and
cool.

4. NORTH-WEST PROVINCE:

Fine and cool but windy in the west.

5. FREE STATE:

Morning fog in the north-east, otherwise fine and cool but windy in the western and central parts.

6. NORTHERN CAPE:

Fine, warm and very windy, becoming partly cloudy along the coast and western interior by evening. It will be cool in places in the south-east.

The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong north-westerly to westerly.

7. WESTERN CAPE:

Fine, warm and very windy, becoming cloudy along the south-west coast in the afternoon, where it will be cool, with light rain from late afternoon, spreading to the west coast in the evening. It will be hot in places along the south coast.

The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong north-westerly, reaching gale force along the south-west coast, becoming westerly south-westerly along
the south coast in the afternoon.

8. WESTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE:

Mist south of the escarpment in the morning, otherwise fine, windy and warm.

The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh north-easterly in the morning, otherwise moderate to fresh northerly, becoming light to
moderate south-westerly in the evening.

9. EASTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE:

Mist south of the escarpment at first, otherwise fine and warm but
cool in the north-east.

The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh north-easterly.

10. KWAZULU-NATAL:

Cloudy along the coast and northern parts at first with rain and isolated showers, otherwise partly cloudy and cool, becoming fine from the south in the afternoon.

The wind along the coast will be moderate east to south-easterly north of Richards Bay in the morning, otherwise northerly to north-easterly, freshening from the south in the afternoon.
