Suspect arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition
KWAZULU-NATAL – On 11 November 2021, the King Cetswayo task team successfully arrested a 52-year-old man for unlawful possession of a firearm
and ammunition.It is alleged that on 11 November 2021 at 01:00, police received information of a suspect who was in possession of a firearm at the Ntuthunga Reserve. Upon arrival at their homestead, police searched the residence and found firearm and 15 rounds of ammunition. When the suspect was asked to produce his license he could not and he was arrested in the scene. The firearm and ammunition were seized for further investigation.
