1. Heavy rain leading to localised flooding is expected over Cape Winelands, Overberg and Cape Metropole of the Western Cape on Saturday morning.
2. Gale to strong gale force W'ly to SW…ly winds (65-90km/h, gusts 90-100km/h) are expected along coastal regions between Cape Agulhas and Port Alfred.
3. Storm surge is expected between Saldanha Bay and Plettenberg.
4. High seas with wave heights of 6-9m is expected between Cape Columbine and Plettenberg Bay.

1. Very cold conditions are expected in places over the southern Namakwa District (Northern Cape), as well as Cape Winelands and Central Karoo (Western Cape) on Saturday.

Cloudy and cold with rain in the morning over the southern interior and snow on the southern high-ground where it will be very cold, otherwise fine and cold.
The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh south-easterly, becoming strong in the afternoon.

7. WESTERN CAPE:

Early morning thundershowers over the south-west and along the south coast in the evening, otherwise cloudy and cold with isolated to scattered showers and thundershowers, but widespread along the south coast where it will be windy.
The wind along the coast will be gale force westerly to north-westerly along the south coast in the morning and early afternoon, otherwise fresh to strong south-westerly to southerly.

8. WESTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE:

Fine, windy and cold but cool in places at first, becoming partly cloudy with isolated to scattered showers and thundershowers in the south mid- morning but widespread along the south coast.
The wind along the coast will be Strong westerly reaching gale force west of Cape St Francis spreading to Algoa Bay in the evening and Canon Rocks overnight.

9. EASTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE:

Fine, windy and cool to warm becoming partly cloudy.
The wind along the coast will be light to moderate north-westerly becoming moderate to fresh south-westerly but strong westerly in the south overnight.

10. KWAZULU-NATAL:

Fine and cool, but warm in the east.
The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh northerly to north-easterly north of Richard's Bay, otherwise westerly to south-westerly.
