1.Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected over the
interior of the Northern and Eastern Cape Provinces, northern parts of the Western Cape as well as the western and southern parts of the Free State and North West province.

SPECIAL WEATHER ADVISORIES:

1.A heat wave with persistently high temperatures is expected in places over the northern parts of the Western Cape until Thursday, western half of the Free Sate and the North West Provinces, interior of the Northern and Eastern Cape Provinces until Friday and in places over Limpopo, Mpumalanga and Gauteng, at least until Sunday.
2.Extremely hot conditions are expected in the Lowveld of Mpumalanga, interior of the Northern Cape, Central and Little Karoo of the Western Cape, central interior of the Eastern Cape spreading to the Lowveld of Limpopo on Friday and will continue until at least Sunday.
3.Hot and humid weather will result in extremely uncomfortable conditions in the Lowveld of Mpumalanga and Limpopo as well as the Limpopo Valley and Western Bushveld until at least Sunday.

Fine and warm to hot but very hot to extremely hot in the Lowveld. It will become partly cloudy on the Highveld in the afternoon with isolated thunderstorms.

4. NORTH-WEST PROVINCE:

Fine and hot to very hot, becoming partly cloudy in the afternoon with isolated thunderstorms over the western and southern parts.

Very hot in the west and north-west, otherwise fine and hot, becoming partly cloudy in the afternoon with isolated thunderstorms in the east and north.
6. NORTHERN CAPE:

Extremely hot over the central parts, otherwise fine and very hot, but partly cloudy in the north, spreading to the south in the afternoon with isolated thunderstorms over the extreme north-eastern parts.
Fog patches over the northwestern coast at first, with light and
variable wind becoming moderate southerly in the afternoon.
7. WESTERN CAPE:

Cloudy along the south coast at first, otherwise fine and warm to hot, but very hot to extremely hot over the central and eastern interior.
Expect heat waves conditions in places over the central and eastern interior.
The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh south-easterly to southerly but strong at times between Table Bay and Cape Point, otherwise easterly along the south coast.

The wind along the coast will be light northerly early morning,

9. EASTERN HALF OF THE EASTERN CAPE:

Cloudy along the coast and adjacent interior with mist in places in the morning and evening, otherwise fine and hot to very hot but warm along the coast.
The wind along the coast will be light and variable early morning, otherwise light north easterly becoming moderate easterly late morning, becoming fresh to strong in the afternoon.
10. KWAZULU-NATAL:

Morning fog over the eastern interior, otherwise cloudy but partly cloudy in the west and hot but warm in the south-east. Isolated showers and thundershowers are expected except in the north-east.
The wind along the coast will be Moderate southerly to south-easterly becoming easterly to north-easterly along the south coast from the evening.
