Three suspects to appear before Kathu magistrate court for possession of suspected stolen copper cables
NORTHERN CAPE – Three men aged between 27 and 43 years-old have been arrested for being in possession of suspected stolen copper cables.
On Sunday, 19 January 2020 at about 09:40 am Sgt Ben Eiman and Cst Jantjies were busy doing crime prevention duties in the bushes next to R380 when they arrested the three suspects for being in possession of suspected stolen copper cables with a street value of R30 000-00. Some of the cables were burnt already.
The suspect will appear before the local magistrate court very soon.
The cluster Commander of JTG Major General Johan Bean commended Sgt Eiman and Cst Jantjies for their passion, commitment, dedication and hard work.
