Transport Minister Fikile Mbalula hand over 452 bicycles to learners from 10 schools as part of the Shova Kalula Bicycle Programme in Vuwani area – Thohoyandou.

The bicycles should assist in scholar transport challenges facing our country. We stepped in to educate the learners about safety and providing visibility gear for the learners.
