Update: Missing girl sought by Elandslaagte Police

KwaZulu-Natal: Sadly, the child that was reported missing has been found deceased. Investigations by our police officers who were working around the clock searching for the child, lead them to a family member who was thoroughly questioned with regards to the disappearance of the child.

The child was reported missing to police six days after her disappearance and this became an immediate concern to the investigating officer.

In the early hours of this morning, the suspect (36) directed police officers to two pit toilets at Driefontein where body parts were found. The case has been changed to murder and the suspect was immediately arrested and charged for murder. He is expected to appear in the Ladysmith Magistrates Court soon.
