The Witbank Police Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual offenses Unit (FCS) are urging the community to assist finding the man on the identity kit provided by them.
The man speaks Zulu, believed to be aged between 50 and 55, build short and slender with a dark complexion.
He has small scratches on his facial area.
