IRS has been appointed to investigate serial fraudster, Oliver Thal.

Thal has been committing fraud for over two decades.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Thal.

IRS has ascertained that Thal has previously been found guilty in multiple cases relating to theft and fraud.

Thal has been circulated on multiple cases over the years.

To date, IRS can link 28 cases involving Thal but suspect that there are more victims who may not have come forward or that details may have been captured incorrectly on the system.
