WANTED

EXTREMELY DANGEROUS

VIA DAILY SUN

COPS are looking for two dangerous fugitives in connection with a series of Trio Crimes including serious and violent crimes.

Police spokesperson Colonel Moatshe Ngoepe said the duo are being sought for the offences committed last year October where they hijacked a 50-year-old businesswoman and her son and later shot and injured her business partner after robbing them their valuables.

Ngoepe said it is alleged that three suspects hijacked the victims and drove with them to the business partner’s homestead in Nkowankowa of the Ritavi outside Tzaneen.

Subsequently, these suspects robbed the victims eight buckets of gold with an estimated street value of R5 million and two cellphones one of which was later recovered.

They fled the scene with the woman and his son tied up in the boot of their vehicle.

He said their luck ran out when they experienced a flat tyre in the Maake area.

The suspects attempted to hijack an off duty cop at gun point but he retaliated and a shootout ensued.

The suspects then fled the scene.

Ngoepe said one suspect was later arrested but the remaining two are still on the run.

The duo is wanted for offences ranging from car hijacking, attempted car hijacking, attempted murder, kidnapping and robbery.

He warn the community members not to confront them as they are very dangerous but rather contact the Police.

The Preliminary Police investigations revealed that the duo might be hiding in Pretoria around the Gauteng Province.

The South African Police Service are requesting Gideon Sambo from Rhulani village in the Burgersdorp area outside Tzaneen and Kabelo (surname unknown) from Pretoria in the Gauteng Province, to come to Maake or Ritavi Police Stations near Tzaneen or to go to the nearest Police Station in order to assist them with their investigations in this matter.

Anyone who can assist the Police with information which can lead to the arrest these suspects ,may contact Captain Richard Boshomane at 079 894 5501 or the crime stop number 0860010111 or the crime line sms 32211 or the nearest Police Station
