Western Cape: At 11H33 Wednesday morning Netcare 911 responded to reports of a construction workers that had injured himself after tripping at a construction site in Observatory.
The patient was assessed and treated on scene, due to the nature of his injuries the assistance of Metro Rescue was called.
Once stabilized the patient was carefully hoisted with the aid of a crane to an awaiting ambulance where he was transported to hospital for further treatment.
